1461. [1950s Artist Rendition postcard showing Bird’s-eye view (Plan) of the famous Coral Harbour Club Hotel, Yacht Slips, Pools, etc.]. No publisher listed.
Caption on back side: “Coral Harbour – the finest resort in the Bahamas. 12 miles from Nassau on the South Shore … the Club offers Luxurious accommodations, Complete yachting facilities, and miles of frontage on the ocean and waterway.”
The resort was located in the southern part of Nassau. The Hotel has been out-of-business for several decades. Some of the James Bond movie scenes from “Thunderball” were filmed at this Club. The pool area where Bond and Domino had lunch is depicted to the right front of hotel.
SCARCE and uncommon postcard. Unused and never mailed. Light wear, soiling along the bottom edge on back side; Very Good to Fine condition.
