    Navy blue dress with gold stripes, stars and anchor accent at the waist.
    Back of the dress has elastic at the waist. Also includes matching hat.
    There is nothing attached under this dress so you would need to add a pair of booty shorts or briefs.

    Measurements: Chest - 28", Waist - 26", Hips - 28".
    The length from the shoulder seam to the hem is 28".
    Only worn a few times. No stains. A few pulls in the fabric but nothing that can be seen from stage.
