Reverse:
the mirror field of the disc bears a relief image of the Accounts Chamber building in Moscow; at the top there is a coloured image of the emblem of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation; there are inscriptions: a two-line inscription «25 ЛЕТ» (25 YEARS) at the bottom and «СЧЕТНАЯ ПАЛАТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ» (THE ACCOUNTS CHAMBER OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION) along the rim.
